I thought my original reply was going to the group, but I see it did not.
This group is not set up correctly, as a reply should go to the group
automatically.
Anyway, call the cable company and tell them the facts.
If they will not do anything, then you should send a complaint to the FCC.
First advise the cable company that you will send the complaint if they do
not do anything about the problem.
Cable equipment is obviously leaking at one or more points, most likely
many points.
