[2m] rules question..

I think the rules prohibt the use of sound effects, my Weather Radio, in 
which I plan on connecting to a repeater sends out a set of bells and stuff 
to alert the user before the 1050Hz tone, would this be violating the rules 
if this is passed through a repeater?
