Good Morning All,
Durning a recent question I asked to the
Internet I was stunned to discover there is not one trip planning software
that has a current list of NWR stations, as several now feature AM/FM
stations. Well, I happen to be using some Amateur Radio software called
"TravelPlus, for repeaters" it allows You to pull up a list of amateur radio
repeaters along your path, With that said, And the fact that the software
allows you to create a user defined band. does anyone on this list, think we
can, or more importantly would be willing to help, generate a list of all
known NWR stations, so they can be added into the user defined band.

In order to complete such a list, We would
need some basic information, such as the location of the NWR transmitter;
for example, a local transmitter is near galt, I just used the Galt
coordiantes to put into the database. and the call sign.

If you are using TravelPlus, and would like a
copy of my test user defined band, please contact me off list, and I will
send you a copy.

It is my goal that if enough stations can be
created into this user defined band, perhaps in other releases the ARRL can
add it as new feature of the software.

Anyone with questions, comments, or just wants to ask what I've been
drinking tonight, Please feel free to email me.
