[222mhz] Electronics goods disposal

Here, we can drop off all electronic items, computers, prescription meds 
and other hazardous waste at the county household hazardous site - no 
charge.

The local charities (Goodwill, Salvation Army) haven't accepted 
computers and electronic gear for some time now.
