I'd add to that list a small flat file for deburring and a piece of
fine Scotchbright for polishing. Also some Silicone grease for the
O-Rings and possibly DeOxit for cleaning all the contact surfaces.
Also the nit-picky machinist in me suggests a pair of 1-1/4" open
end wrenches (or adjustable wrenches that open this far) as the
idea of pliers on machined metal makes me cringe ;)

You will need a small pin to screw in the center conductor terminal.
Something about .080" diameter will work but it needs to be hard,
nails bend. A decent 1/16" pin punch works well.
