[222mhz] FT-736R Power supply

When I bought my FT-736 second hand, the power supply didn't do as much 
as yours.

I pulled it out and took it apart. I found the small electrolytics were all open, 
dried out from heat I suppose. I replaced them with the highest temperature 
rating lowest ESR rating parts I could find at Mouser its worked fine ever 
since. I didn't replace the output or input filter capacitors, they checked 
good for power factor and leakage, just 3 or four small capacitors in the 
control section. There's no schematic in the shop manual, so you have to 
take the parts out and make your own notes for where and what.
