[222mhz] 220 Mobile Advice

I have a TM742 tri band (2/220/440)....and enjoy it quite well........I 
would say the Kenwood TM6xx or 331 (IIRC) single band would be good..
also the Yaesu FT311.....That was my best 220 radio....it got stolen in 
1994....though the 742 replaced it (and the FT711 that was also stolen), 
I still miss the Yaesu rigs....(I loved the green back lit LCD readout 
and both had excellent audio)
