Ive had some friends use the digital boards with their UHF 440 radios.
Worked but the range is not as good as analog....they WERE able to
talk through my UHF rptr in Beaumont, TX (GE MVP running flat audio
and FMing the xmtr!)...but it had its limitations....
All in all, I think its neat...but you wont be able to use it
on 99.9% of the rptrs (they cannot pass digital coding properly..
even mine required they back OFF the mic and talk soft...)
