[222mhz] 220 MHz xtals FS

Since I am the one who told Ken the below, let me expound on it for 
those who don't know. The Clegg FM76, Midland 13-509 and Cobra 200VHF 
are all the same radio inside...just different faceplates...but all 
accessories and xtals are interchangeable between them (the boards and 
chassis were all made by Uniden for the defunct Class E CB! and then 
sold as ham rigs when that fell through).
