[160m] bandplans on 160 meters

Hi Tom,

I would appreciate any comments you might have on
http://www.k8nd.com/TopbandBadFreqs.pdf, which was posted to the Topband
mailing list some time ago. I keep a copy by my operating position, even
though some of it isn't 100% clear to me.
