I appreciate all your advice. I've thought of an array of short verticals
like you have, or perhaps staggered end-fire Beverages like ON4UN has in his
book. I think for now I'll concentrate on an amplifier (so it can be ready
by this fall), and gain experience with the rx antennas that I have before
going on to something else.

Thanks for your time, help, and inspiration. 160 has been a lot of fun so
far.
