[160m] M Class Flare

Increasing sunspots aren't a good sign for 160 ops in higher 
lattitudes, or when we work paths that go close to the 
magnetic poles. They don't seem to affect much down this far 
south (near Macon, GA) except I'll lose paths directly over 
or near the north mag pole. Prior to this minimum I had no 
use at all for a north-pointing beverage system except to 
hear weaker VE3's or stations in Michigan or Ohio.
