Ric,
The JA's currently work DX from 1810 to 1825 kHz CW. That is
the extent of their allocation on the low end of 160.
They also still have the old segment up around 1907.5 to
1912.5 KHz for CW, but that is rarely used for working DX. I
occasionally hear weak JA's in local conversations up there
but there is almost no DX work up there.
If you want to work them, they almost always do NOT work
split. They work simplex between 1810 and 1825.
