[160m] Where to find JA's on 160m.

*Gentlemen!
I am restructuring my 160m antennae for operations  on this band and,
whereas I know the sections that JA's transmit in and have some ideas where
they listen, I need to communicate with those who have been able to works
JA's on this band. I need some specifics with regards to transmit
frequencies and listening frequencies.
