Subject: [160m] 160m Digital
Good Morning:
This is KD6NRP in southern California. I am a new 160m operator and can run PSK31, MFSK16, Olivia, and other digital modes.
My 160-meter setup is modest, but I can get out surprisingly well with just 100W and my limited height/space antenna. I'd like to see what I can do on 160m using PSK31.
Are there any 160m digital operators in central or western Canada or the U.S. or northern Mexico out there?
I monitor 1807.0 KHz sporadically from 0200-0415 UTC (1800-2015 PST) and 1300-1320 UTC (0500-0520 PST). I make it a point to listen to 1807.0 KHz for several minutes around 0400Z/2000 PST.
73
Brian, KD6NRP
