The station with the terrible signal on 1809 to 1810 kHz is 
KREW in Texas. There is no doubt at all about this, I have a 
positive clear ID and two other people reported the same.

If you are within a thousand miles or so of Texas and can 
hear KREW on 1809 to 1810 as a unstable buzzing tone when 
listening on CW and you are  sure it is not a local source, 
please call KREW at 1-806-296-2771 and ask them nicely to 
fix their transmitter.  :-)
