[160m] Some people don't think much of hams

This article was written in November 2005.  Have people since educated
Mr. Romney as they said they would in 2005?  Has this changed Mr.
Romney's opinion of Ham Radio since that time?  If not, then the Ham
community has failed with its own PR.
