I share your oppinion. The top-band  condx this year are 
by far the worst in last little while. I think the Sun is
to be blamed, not the individuals.

I have already worked Saty so it is not important, but I did 
notice his signal was not as good as in previous years here 
in the USA.

Overall I think conditions this year are worse than they 
were at the sunspot maximum. At least that is true from 
here.
