Dear Dave & Tom,

I'm sorry to hear your comments for Saty's QRV this time.
Maybe CONDEX did not assist you enough in US.

I,however, had interesting experience here in Japan.
This morning(in Japan) I tried to call Saty with QRP(=5watt 
out and Shunt-Fed-Tower,66feet). And he copied me immediately 
& gave me "549",while almost Eu stations received "559" report
(looks louder than me,Hi)  

Hope Saty's next trip would give you something better.
