[160m] Beacon List?

Hi Dave! I am in extreem west central Wisconsin. Almost in the center of the
lower 48. If it's a fishing buoy, it must be on the great lakes or it's got
a great antenna :>).  A local group has a net every Wednesday at 19:30 CST
and I've been hearing it every week since before Thanksgiving.  I thought it
must NOT be an amateur beacon since it never IDs. Just HEI over and over...
