Hi Bob,

I've watched 160 closely over the past ten years, and tried
to tie propagation into A and K indices.

Some of the very best nights are nights when I would think
conditions were hopeless according to ionospheric reports,
just like some of the worse are.  Sometimes it will be
totally dead to one area, and just booming into another.


I've given up worrying about predicting conditions, and just
always check the band closely as often as possible.
