I want to work 160m - 10m.

I am limited by materials and $ to about 31' height. I do have a large
piece of property but due to the size of the house, 50'x100', and the
location of the shack, in the middle and in the basement I am limited by
co-ax run length and the house itself. The house prevents ladder line from
being used as the feed line must run under the house or underground, there
may also be a problem that my house is stucco and everything except the roof
is covered in steel mesh. My current antenna is just behind the house and
the co-ax run is 135'. I can do a shorter run but that means the feed point
of whatever I use must be at the west end of the house near the middle.
That leaves me with the following limitations:

The feed point needs to be at the center west side of the house and 21' -
31'. 21' clears the roof by about 18", 31' is possible for better
clearance. I was thinking a pair of dipoles so I could switch the lobes
around for better coverage.

I was looking at "Loop Skywalkers" but they suggest 40'. There have been
reports of them working well around 30' and they seem to be designed to work
omnidirectional which will save me having to switch dipoles.

I'm just not sure what to do. I have used dipoles from 10m - 900 MHz but
didn't think of the problems at 160m. I also use loops for 6m to 10 GHz but
don't know the first thing about them at 80m or 160m. I am having trouble
scaling all this in my mind. I've had many requests to join nets on 160 and
80 but my 10m rotatable dipole really doesn't cut it as you can imagine.
