The Puerto Rican station is part of the Notiuno network and is all news
unlike your clip. The Dominican station is the only station on 910 known to
use the Radio 91 slogan.

Additionally, the music I heard sounds like bachata music which is very
Dominican. Chances of hearing it on a station from another country are
really poor. Unless I've gotten really rusty with my latin music skills,
this is bachata.

Things change daily with broadcst stations, but I still am pretty sure you
have Radio Noventiuno in Bonao, Dominican Republic.

Herb KV4FZ found a PR station on 910 also, so the issue may not be resolved
totally.

The direction heading from here would be within possibility of either the DR
or PR.

If anyone in the SE can ever catch anything that sorts it out please let me
know!

I tried calling the DR station four times today but never could get anyone
who speaks English, so this may be more difficult than I thought.
