[160m] Rules for this reflector

The only rules on this reflector are that we stay on some
general topic at least remotely related to 160 meters (or
low bands), and we do not engage in any type of personal
attacks against other people. This includes complaining here
on the reflector about anything sent to us OFF the reflector
(handle that directly with others please, and don't bring it
here). It especially includes being uncivil or disrespectful
to others ON this reflector for any reason.

While spirited technical or operating disagreements almost
always are educational, bickering or picking at someone
personally or complaining about personal e-mails in public
is not welcome.

If anyone disagrees with something or has a point to make
please be nice and be civil. If someone sends something off
the reflector you personally don't like, please do not
complain here about it.
