I can hear both of the Florida stations quite well during the 
day.  I should be able to hear the BCI if it were one of them 
but I hear none of it in the noise around here (no low noise 
antennas yet).  That I don't hear the BCI when I can hear the 
primary signals makes me strongly believe it is skywave ... 
again pointing to something further away (KP4).

It would help if KV4FZ or someone in KP4 could listen.  The 
coverage map for WKCK (Orocovis, PR) shows a transmitter 
location almost in the middle of the island.
