[160m] re sloper antennas.

I have been using a Butternut H.F.@ with the 160 mt kit fitted with =
various amounts of success I am in the process of up grading the 160 mt =
system for our next season I wonder what sort of results I can expect =
from a sloper.
I intend to have the feed point at 24 meter plus minus one meter, and =
tune the sloper to one quarter wave for the frequency in use.
I also use a windom wire antenna on 160 as a low noise receive antenna =
also with limited success but it is far quieter than the vertical.
comments would be appreciated.
