There was an incorrect assumption RM-10352 would force certain 
modes like PSK into narrow slots. I wanted to clear that up.

I support RM-10352. It makes sense and is long overdue!

Since the 1970's, the FCC has been drawn into several disputes 
involving SSB/CW conflicts. Since digital modes are probably the 
next frontier for experimentation, we also should set aside an area 
free from wide-mode QRM. 

It really doesn't change the band for people following the bandplan 
now, it would just prevent intentional or accidental QRM in the 
future. 

Remember...160 would have had a narrow mode area like all other 
bands, if it wasn't pieced back to amateurs in small 25 kHz 
segments over years of time.
