I've been doing that for years, I was looking in a logbook from 1972 
and found the "numbers" entered in the log way back then. :-)

They have been OK. HF always is OK except for big storms.

Yes, overall. But some really good days also.

160 has been poor overall, but with some really good days on occasion 
usually when going into or out of a storm. 

80 has been OK.

40 and 20 have been good, but they always are.
