[10m] New E. Oregon 10m beacon

Hey !0 meter folks
    If you get the time keep an ear open for my new ( coordinated ) beacon out of Eastern Oregon.  28.226.5 mhz.  It is still under "test" conditions so just running 9am-9pm untill I know it is dependable and I quit worrying about the thing.  I have not had a rig run 24/7 since the packet days when I had a couple nodes.  If by chance you do hear it I would sure appreciate a note.
