[10m] It's Springtime!!!

Good morning:
 It's springtime, time to do all of those antenna
projects we have been putting off for better weather!
It's time to fire up our 10 meter radidios and see
what's open. I know the band has been dead, but know
is the time to open it up. With the ARRL's new
petition to the FCC soon many more people (including
me) will be allowed to transmit on 10 meters!
