[10m] HTX-10 with Distorted FM Audio

It's an easy fix.  Go to N2FFL's website.  He has some photos to show that
will help.    I've made this fix twice and both times it took me less than 3
minutes.  Send me an e-mail and I will explain how to fix it off-line.
