[1000mp] SP8 owners question can someone measure the inductors?

Always use headphones with thw 1000MP so I can not answer about insides
of an unseen SP-8 speaker. However, from using inductors for many years
I can note that knowing the physical size of an inductor will inform one
very little about its inductance nor about its self-resonance frequency.
As I recall, the Internet has described several passive audio filters.
Once upon a time 88 mH inductors left from compensating telephone lines
were central to the design of audio filters. I have a passive such
filter useful for CW. FairRight (spelling?) presents a lot of
information abut properties that may assist. Of course, a 1000MP has a
lot of filtering capability as it stands.
Good luck and let us know what you eventually craft. 73 Mac N8TT
