[1000mp] FT1000MP MK V display delay

Hi Ken,

Some years ago I did a modification due to another problem, namely drift.

Since performing the mod I have never seen the display delay that I 
saw earlier. My display always comes on instantly when my MkV is 
switched on. Before it was quite annoying to sit and wait for the 
display to come on, sometimes a minute delay in my case.

So maybe the problem is linked to the apparently underdimensioned 
small SMD 7805 that eventually fails and causes other problems.

Just a suggestion from me..
