[1000mp] Subject: 1000mp Mars/CAP mod

I have a FT-1000MP Mark V, my second one I've owned, and all you have to do
to open up the transmit on all frequencies it receives on is hold down both
the FAST and LOCK keys together while the radio is off and turn it on while
holding them both in. Afer the radio comes on press FAST and also ENT on
the number keypad and go to Menu 9-9 with the VRF/MEM CH knob and then roll
your main VFO knob to change it to General. The display will read GEn 9-9
t-SELEct. No diode removal, clipping, or anything else inside the radio is
needed.
