[1000mp] FT-1000MP and a Rigblaster Plus II

I am trying to configure the 1000MP to the Rigblaster Plus II. 

I am going to use the RigBlaster with a Win 10 PC for AirForce Mars 
Digital Using the MIL-STE Data Modem Terminal running on the PC 
in the PSK standards 

I am trying to understand the best way to wire the Rigblaster to the 
1000MP. The mike is easy, using the RigBlaster loop thru to radio input 
I think. 

Should I be using the Packet connector on rear of 1000MP for audio in/out to the 
Rigblaster? 

Any Ideas out there?
