[1000mp] Frozen SWR

I had the same problem, last spring, and did a lot of research on it. I
found
W4FT's web site, which diagnosed the problem and provided a cure. Cliff
will even provide replacement diodes for the failing/failed ones.

It cured my problem! And, it appears my FT0000MP works, as well as, or
better than new.

The SWR shown on the independent meter was about 1:1.2 which was expected. The FT1000MP still showed full scale SWR.
