[1000mp] Need a troubleshooting pointer

One of my ft1000mp's developed a problem during last weekend's ARRL DX Contest and I'm looking for a pointer on where to start looking for the source of the problem.

The symptoms are:

1) On 20 and 40 meters the transmit SWR is infinite when an antenna is connected.  It works fine on the other bands.  This is with the tuner off.

2). On receive, the signal levels on 20 and 40m are down 50db or more but fine on the other bands.

I'm assuming it is not one of the band pass filters and not a pre-amp.   

Next step for me is to find a a magnifying glass for the schematic!
