[1000mp] FIlter Slots in 1000MP

I am a bit perplexed.  I have in my hand an INRAD 705C that matches both the FT-1000MP application chart and the photo on the INRAD website.  It has a small narrow board with the headers in line.  However, the 455KHz IF filter slots in both the sub-receiver and main receiver in the 1000MP I have here use larger boards with offset headers.  The 8.215MHz slots use slightly smaller boards with offset headers.  This is an MP not a MK V.

I'm pretty sure I can get the larger boards with offset header from INRAD and make the swap, so it's not a disaster. Still, I wonder what's going on.  Did Yaesu change headers in mid-stream?  If so, I'm surprised that hasn't INRAD annotated their catalog (Yes, I will call them tomorrow).

I do have two older MPs that are installed in the shack that I could pull out and look at if need be,  but I'd rather not.  I have a dim and perhaps incorrect recollection that they had different header sizes in their 2nd and 3rd IFs.  In any case, the ones in this MP are all the same for the - all large. Mystery.

Does anyone have facts that can shed light on this issue?
