[1000mp] Wierd Warm Up

Hello Ken,
 
Replace the 80 meter Low Pass Filter relay and resolder all the mini coax  
connectors on that board and reassemble.

Above is a picture of the LPF board you will be working on.
 
If I were you I would also replace the T/R relay available from RF  
parts.com
The LPF relays are available from Yaesu.
