[1000mp] Auto Tuner Control Board

Hi,

I have an Autotuner for a 1000mp that has failed. Here is the symptom.
 When I pres TUNER the display reads TUNER WAIT.  The WAIT light never goes
out.  If I press TUNE the radio goes into transmit mode and never returns
to RECEIVE unless I press TUNE again.

I have already reset the TUNER memories but that did not correct the issue.
 At this point I believe there is a component failure on the Tuner control
board.  Is there anyone that can help me trouble shoot this in order that I
may find the problematic component.  Thanks for your help.
