F4FWE is registered to  Yohann Sauvaget and not to Rene Herbaux according to QRZ.com.
You said, when I questioned you,  that your amateur radio callsign is F60222 which is not a valid amateur callsign.
You are obviously not an amateur radio operator and intend to use a FT-1000MP
on 27 mhz using more power than your are legally authorized in France to use which is 4 watts!
