[1000mp] New 600 meter Band

Dear Stan:   I do not see anyway that the rig could transmit at those 
frequencies.

Notwithstanding the ARRL's chest beating, this is a 7000 Hz wide band! 
Remove guard bands at each end and the band is even smaller.   We were not 
thrown even a bone with this sliver.  An expansion of 10.1 MHz band would 
have had value.
