[1000mp] ft2000d problem

Sorry for bit of topic.
A friend of mine has a ft2000d. Suddenly it shows the following behaviour:
Connected in a dummy load...
power output on 160m 160w, 80m 120w, ... 20m less than 20w and finally on 6m 
less than 5w.
Anyone knows the wehre to search for the mistake.
