[1000mp] MP sub receiver S meter level

Hi Stu

Several years ago I sent my Mark V back to Yaseu for repair, when it came
back the sub band didn't work at all because the tech forgot to plug in the
coax for it. During that time I spent months trying to find out anything
relating to the sub band and it's S meter and could not find any
information in the menu or on line other than how to turn it off and on.
Last year I sent it to Byran Cambell at Electronic Equipment Service for
repair and some upgrades, he is the FT 1000 guru: http://www.qsl.net/wa4geg/ he
found the unplugged coax. I highly recommend Byron, he is very friendly and
I'm sure if you email him he would help you with this question.
