[1000mp] Mk. V "User mode" for PSK31

I'm trying to get on PSK31 with my FT-1000MP Mk.V, a Navigator 
interface, and the WinWarbler program from the DXLab Suite. This 
combination feeds the transmit audio for PSK31 to the Packet jack and 
requires the radio to be in Pkt mode. On page 16 of the manual, it talks 
about using "User" mode for PSK31, and there is additional information 
about this on pages 110 and 111.

What I'm having trouble with is the fact that when the FT-1000 is 
switched to "Pkt", it is LSB but the convention for PSK31 seems to be 
USB. I'm not sure how to configure the "User" mode.

I'm decoding PSK31 transmissions, and I'm transmitting, but so far I 
haven't made any contacts, so I probably have something set wrong.

If anyone here has configured the "User" mode for PSK31 with this setup 
or something similar, please tell me what settings you are using. Thanks!
