[1000mp] IM due to tuner in MkV

Dear Mike W2AJI:

    Yes.  A full reset was performed without a change.

    It is a bit of a surprise to learn that the tuner is only in the path 
from antenna port to the remainder of the radio when transmitting.  If that 
is so, then something must not be working as intended as a dramatic change 
on receiving occurs depending on whether the tuner is asserted or not.
