[1000mp] FT1000MP CW monitor

I tried to use my 1000MP remotely, and never did find a simple way to
accomplish this.  No sidetone makes remote operation tough :-)

Another interesting "feature" of the 1000mp AF out - the audio from each
VFO is permanently split into R&L.....

I gave up and got a new rig.
