There is a reed relay in the tuner unit that basically disconnects the
Receiver during transmit that may be shorted.
Do not transmit with it this wy or you will smoke the receiver
By sending rf into it.
You can check it by disconnecting the cable coming into the rf board
Next to the orange/red cable near the back of the board.

Connected one of my MARK 5's and it is showing high SWR on all bands
during TX. Power out into a dummy load is around 20 watts and I am not
able to adjust it. I did a full radio reset and still have the same
issue. RX seems to be ok though....
Any logical places to look at before sending it into Yaesu?

Have you tried more than one feedline between the rig and dummy load?
Have you tested the dummy by putting a swr analyzer on it or another
rig with swr meter on it? Make sure the DL is okay.
Have you put a swr or better yet a forward/reflected watt meter
between the rig and the DL to see if it gives you the same thing the
rig f.p. meter shows?
