[1000mp] DVS-2 Not transmitting

Try doing a reset (on the side of the DVS)....take a paper clips and
straighten it and stick it in the hole to hit the reset switch

Hi. Just purchased a used DVS-2. I am running with my FT-1000MP MARK-V and
VL-1000. I have connected it to the DVS-2 jack but it will not transmit.
Oddly, with the DVS-2 plugged in  I cannot transmit from my mic either. If I
unplug DVS-2 mic works fine. Went into the menu made sure PTT was on. Any
suggerstions.?
