With absolutely no disrespect to Byron, I found http://www.hamrepair.com/ to be very good and I assume reasonable.
Backlog may not be quite as long.

I agree with Garry, NI6T. Go to Byron Campbell, WA4GAG. He did a nice job
on my FT-1000D. His backlog is usually about one month. I shipped mine to
him the last week of April and got it back in early June.
